SOUTH HUNTERDON REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT

South Hunterdon Regional School District (SHRSD) is the first New Jersey school district in nearly two decades to regionalize, with three elementary districts and a regional middle/high school coming together as one district.

Bordering the Delaware River and located in the culturally rich and rural region of Southern Hunterdon County, SHRSD serves the communities of Lambertville, Stockton, and West Amwell. Community resources are sought and utilized to provide a well-rounded education with a focus on academics as well as social and emotional growth. Building relationships within the community allows all to benefit.

It is with great pride that the SHRSD develops a unified and shared social and academic culture for increased success and vitality of ALL STUDENTS in the district, PreK through 12th grade. And, as the High School motto states, the district’s goal is to make sure the entire school community is inspiring all stakeholders to “Work Hard, Be Kind”.
