The Bridgewater-Raritan Regional School District is a suburban school district located in Somerset County. We serve students from the Township of Bridgewater and the Borough of Raritan. The district is comprised of eleven schools and 3 ancillary buildings, with 1200 staff members serving 9000 students in grades pre-kindergarten through 12. The Bridgewater-Raritan Regional School District is consistently recognized by state and national organizations, both public and private. The district is especially noted for our high college acceptance rate and our model gifted and talented program.

Because we understand that students learn in a variety of ways, we emphasize the importance of differentiated instruction, multi-modal approaches, and balanced programs. The district offers students a wide variety of curricular and co-curricular opportunities that will prepare them to be successful in college and/or career. Most recently, the district’s structure has been updated to strengthen our programs for STEM, Technology, and the Arts, with an emphasis on cross-curricular integration.

Bridgewater Township and Raritan Borough are communities rich in tradition and foster a high sense of pride. Our faculty is motivated, our parents are supportive, and our students are engaged in our learning community. The district is supported by a competent, committed, and caring Board of Education.
